About Perroquet

Perroquet is an intimate alternative to traditional luxury hospitality. An architectural retreat shaped by the vision of architect and designer Bernard Dubois and the creative direction of PAG, with landscape architecture by IPC and an art program curated by Valerio Polimeno. Designed with sculptural clarity and an appreciation for simplicity, the property embodies thoughtful, design led comfort.

Every space reflects a commitment to materiality, proportion, and light. Rooms feel residential yet elevated; public areas sit beneath a sweeping canopy of palms, where calm geometry meets the softness of nature. The interplay between architecture and landscape creates a serene, open-air rhythm unique to Perroquet.
Art is integral to the experience. The hotel features a curated selection of original contemporary works chosen to complement the architectural language and evoke a sense of place, tone, and cultural relevance.
Perroquet celebrates the beauty of restraint, luxury expressed not through excess, but through thoughtful essentials: Sferra linens, Byredo toiletries, considered amenities, and service that feels quietly personal.
This is hospitality distilled. A sculptural, sunlit escape shaped by design, grounded in intimacy, and connected to the gentle pace of Fort Lauderdale.
